CANCELLATION POLICY AND TUTORIAL TERMS to all learners

1. There is only 1 student 1 tutor ratio for lessons online.    

If there are more than 5 students per group please send an inquiry to the tutor.

FOR ONLINE LESSONS

2.PAY FIRST BASIS. Kindly send a screenshot of  proof of payment. 

No proof of payment no lesson no schedule. 

Please pay at least 1 lesson  12 hours before  your preferred schedule.

Transaction fee will be shouldered by the student.

3.If the student or the parent wishes to cancel the lesson please inform the tutor at least 12 hours before your next scheduled lesson otherwise the student will be charged. 

4.The lesson will be considered charged if the student doesn't show up.

5.The tutor will not be charged if the tutor doesn't show up.    

6.Both student and tutor should wear proper clothing 

(no tank top, crop top,no topless), at least wear a t-shirt.    

7.There is a maximum of 5 minute break in every 1 hour lesson.    

FOR LESSONS FACE TO FACE/ HOME/ OFFICE TUTORIAL SERVICE

1.If the student or the parent wishes to cancel the lesson please inform the tutor at least 12 hours before your next scheduled lesson otherwise the student will be charged. 

2.Mobile phones should be set aside. No taking calls or using phones during the lesson. Eating during the lesson is not allowed as well.    

3.I'm offering a serious tutorial service. If you're looking for something else please skip my service. Please show some respect.
